Job responsibilities

  1. Client Communication:
    Create a seamless and comfortable communication channel with clients. Manage day-to-day activities, including regular client interactions and addressing their needs effectively.
  2. Requirement Gathering & Documentation:
    Collect client requirements with a thorough understanding, document them, and communicate them to internal departments. Ensure all deliverables align with client expectations.
  3. Asset Management:
    Manage clients’ online assets (social media, website content) based on the marketing calendar.
  4. Reporting:
    Prepare and maintain management and client reports with accuracy and frequency. Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including social media performance and deliverables status.
  5. Social Media Management:
    Handle general social media management, including postings, comments, direct messages, customer FAQs, and alerting clients of any customer issues.
  6. Team Collaboration:
    Serve as a bridge between the client and the Monolith IMC team. Communicate creative requirements and coordinate with the larger team for successful delivery of projects.
  7. Calendar-Based SM Postings:
    Ensure social media postings are aligned with the content calendar and meet client objectives.
  8. Deliverables Tracking:
    Oversee the quality and timeliness of all deliverables, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with client expectations.
  9. Standup Meetings:
    Participate in daily and weekly standups, identifying problems and proposing solutions. Facilitate communication within the team.
  10. CEO Support and Client Visits: Assist the CEO with meeting preparations and individual meetings as needed. Additionally, participate in client visits, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring effective communication to address client needs.

Experience Requirement:
1-2 years of experience in digital account management, social media, or a related field.

Male candidates are only preferred.

Location : Cochin
